Children at Risk (CAR)
Kone Kmeng’s Children at Risk program are projects run by local churches to help children at risk in their own communities. Kone Kmeng works with pastors and leaders to assess the needs of the children and develop specific projects to meet those needs. Kone Kmeng can also provide small grants to help with the projects. Children’s Prayer Movement (CPM)
Kone Kmeng mobilizes churches to start children’s groups to pray in order to grow them spiritually and be ready for future leadership. In Proverbs 22:6 “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it"

Church Capacity Building (CCB)
Build capacity 
of the churches so that they can start the specific projects with children at Risk and serve their ministries effectively. It provides training on God’s Heart for Children, Project Cycle Management, Children’s rights and awareness of other issues that children are facing in Cambodia.
Objectives
- Envision church on God’s heart for children, especially Children at Risk
- Increase awareness an understanding of children issue in Cambodia
- Increase their capacity to be able to start specific project with children and their families.

Relief and Development Assistance (RDA)
To improve the life of people by helping them with immediate needs and sustainable development
