In Sept 2009, Kone Kmeng organized a 3-day workshop to 8 leaders of the churches who are running the projects to assist children in their communities. There were different speakers invited to share in the workshop. The topics focused on: understanding how to grow the church, listening to God’s voice for the call, children’s perceptions and how to run projects effectively.

In Nov 2009, Kone Kmeng cooperated with a partner to conduct a training on the "Pastor's Family Fellowship." The training aimed to strengthen the relationship between the pastors and their wives. There were 10 couples who attended the training for 3 days. The pastors and their wives were involved in a separate training on Team Building. It involved being divided into 2 groups, a wives group and a husbands group. The wives group discussed the challenges they faced being the wife of a pastor and a mother. The husbands group discussed their challenges being a husband, father and pastor. Each group shared the results of their discussions to each other.
