Kone Kmeng operates 4 programs so that the churches will be equipped to work with children effectively.
Children at Risk (CAR)
Children At Risk program is to reduce the vulnerability of children in communities where Kone Kmeng provides resources, encouragement and consultation to churches. These projects mainly focus on child education, raising awareness of children's issues in the communities through workshops with children and parents, vocational training and family economic development.
Church Capacity Building program isequippingthe leaders of churches in partnership with Kone Kmeng to implement projects more effectively. Each year, Kone Kmeng conducts training with church leaders on different topics according to their needs.
Children's Prayer Movement program is to see children in churches networking with Kone Kmeng begin to bring changes to their families and communities as their faith is strengthened through a lifestyle of prayer.
Relief and Development Assistance program is churches in partnership and networking with Kone Kmeng promoting the welfare of the people in their communities, including children. Activities of the program include: drilling wells, providing latrines and water filters, training about sanitation, poverty reduction, emergency response and in addition cleft lip and cleft palate operation.
