I oversee the staff of Kone Kmeng and encourage problem solving within the team. I am always looking to establish new partners”

“My recent focus has been developing and enacting the financial policy; I apply for grants and write funding proposals for Kone Kmeng. I will also be developing a staff handbook and establishing human resource policies within Kone Kmeng”

“I am the IT administrator for Kone Kmeng. I fix the computers and manage the connections and update on the website of Kone Kmeng”

“I oversea and coordinate well-drilling and house building in the provinces. I bring the children from the provinces to Phnom Penh for cleft lip operations and I also coordinate training on sanitation”

“My role includes overseeing the Children at Risk program; I also manage the budget with Kone Kmeng’s Cambodian church partners, translate documents from Khmer into English and write reports”

“I am responsible for making sure the office is in order; I prepare documents, make sure the library is organized and updated, I ensure the office has enough stationary, organize the meeting room, assist the accountant, greet all guests and make drinks for visitors”
